    room is ok, Food also is ok , but today I face very bad response from Reception they giving plan bill and asking 12% GST in KOT .without GST asking 60 Rs.GST from Rs.500 Food Bill, if they give us GST Bill then no problem but without Bill in KOT they demanded GST amount

    Property location is very good but food quality, amenities like cleanliness of bedroom and specially bathroom are in bad situation. Service were okay.

    very congested room with smelling and window ac not controlled by customer and tv also not working, bed and pillow also not comfortable

    What i saw while booking was better and when checked in it was worst. The hotel reception was smelly just like the room. Worst toilet like roadside facility. But it does have room service for bedtime tea and laundry. I don’t recommend this hotel at all in this rate. You can get any better hotel room in a lesser price.

    It's very dirty & old hotel not matching with pictures shown. Waste of money. I paid advance else i would have not stayed here

    Looks more like a hotel decent (iykwim. Decent bed and ac. Rest all was poor quality. Bathroom floor is slippery hence pls use caution

    The service is very poor at night time. My phone was broken and the manager didn't give me his phone just for 1 min. The behaviour of the staf is very arrogant. Not a good place at all

    This hotel is meant for those who are looking for cost efficient accommodation. DO not expect fancy breakfast or food. Room Service will close down at 9.45 pm. No buffet lunch / Not upgraded to latest amenities and furniture. Location - strategic location. Near to all government office Food - they do not have exclusive kitchen setup. So expect basic food before 10.0 pm Facilities - it's a courier company hotel. Best for layover.

    Hotel room is very clean. Parking space is available. Location is very near to Sabarmati River front. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel for safe stay in Ahmedabad.
